Basement Apartment

A totally separate legal basement apartment was created from an unfinished basement. We removed the inside stairs and created a closet in the upper portion of the house. As space was a constraint we hired a heating professional to install a separate heat source from the hot water heater.
This one bedroom apartment is completely separate from the upper portion of the house including heat, water and hydro.
