As with all projects, Drew will ask questions to determine what the space is going to be used for, so it is built to satisfy the needs of the homeowner.  Drew will recommend materials that are suitable for the homes’ environment.  For example, what is the house style.  Is it a century home, is it contemporary?  The materials used need to compliment the house so the area blends with the style.  Also, what is the homeowners lifestyle?  Do you require maintenance-free products, environmentally-friendly products?

Drew will then recommend innovative ideas that will not only suit the home but also the homeowners needs.

As we work closely with local tradesmen including architects, draftsmen, building inspectors, plumbers, and electrician we can have drawings made, building permits completed, and any trades scheduled to make the job flow as efficiently as possible.  We pride ourselves in keeping our job sites as clean, safe and livable as possible throughout the project.
