Create an Open Concept

This young family thought about moving to suit their growing family but decided they loved their location so they invested in their present home instead.  They needed an updated kitchen with plenty of seating for their growing family and they wanted an open concept so they could be in the kitchen while supervising their young children.

The main support wall was removed and a beam was put in place.  New flooring, new lighting, a new kitchen and a whole new look was created.

The next need for this family was a garage.  Drew and his crew incorporated a garage and you would never know from the outside this was an addition.  Stone was found to match the existing stone and the shingles were blended to have a seamless look.  Now this family can enjoy this great location for years to come.
